Mazda • Mazda Philippines offers 5-year free PMS plan for new vehicles

Cars that are sold from April 2020 onwards get to enjoy free parts and labor for every scheduled service for five years or 100,000km, whichever comes first. The service can be availed in any of the 19 authorized Mazda dealers nationwide. If the owner sells the car, it will still be eligible since the remaining PMS comes with the vehicle. The previous owner just needs to fill out the owner change status card inserted in the Mazda Service Warranty Booklet so that the servicing dealer will be able to update their records.

A 3-year warranty is also offered for new vehicles which can be in the form of New Vehicle Warranty or bumper-to-bumper coverage for three years or 100,000km, whichever comes first. With the Bumper-to-bumper coverage, authorized Mazda dealers will repair, replace, or adjust all parts on your vehicle that are defective in factory-supplied materials or workmanship under normal use from the warranty start date (delivery date of the vehicle or the date it was first used). The coverage lasts for three years or until the car reached its mileage of 100,000 km, whichever comes first.

Another service that Mazda offers to all its recently purchase vehicles from April 30 onwards is the free 3-year roadside assistance with concierge service. Coming with nationwide coverage, the service includes emergency towing and minor on-site repair such as battery boost, for a flat tire change, and fuel filling. Mazda owners are also entitled to the concierge services:

  • Dining referral and reservation assistance
  • Hotel referral and reservation assistance
  • Golf course referral and reservation assistance
  • Car rental and limousine referral and reservation assistance
  • Conference information and referral assistance
  • Flower and gift delivery assistance
  • Courier service assistance
