It seems that Kia is really doubling down on its EV efforts because the brand is set to launch another EV model soon; the EV9.
2024 Kia EV9
The new EV9 is slated to be an all-new flagship EV SUV for the Korean Automaker. News of the upcoming launch of the EV9 came courtesy of the teaser videos posted by the brand.
Since the video is only a teaser only certain portions of the car were shown, but what was made evident is the angular and very futuristic tone of the EV9’s design language. The most apparent is the very striking light clusters for both the front and the rear of the vehicle. Just like the EV6, the Kia EV9 is built using the company’s battery electric vehicle platform, the Electric Global Modular Platform.
Kia will be allegedly showcasing the full exterior and interior of the EV9 sometime this month, with the launch rumored to take place during the Seoul International Motor show.
