Subaru Eyesight to be finally put in Manual cars starting 2024

Advanced (semi-autonomous) safety features are starting to become more accessible in cars nowadays due to a rise in demand for safer driving. Subaru was one of the first brands to offer this technology through Eyesight, but it had only been available in their automatic transmission models.

Subaru Eyesight to be available in manual units starting in 2024

Eyesight was one of the world’s first assist systems to use a stereo camera system technology to provide pre-collision braking by detecting cars, pedestrians, cyclists, and motorcycles in the path of the vehicle.

The Manual fitted Subaru that will get Eyesight starting in 2024 will be the BRZ. This system will be based on the current generation Eyesight technology, so it will feature pre-collision braking, adaptive cruise control, lane departure and sway warning, lead vehicle start alert, and rear sonar warning.

This significant development will allow all Subaru owners to finally enjoy and have the peace of mind driving experience that the Eyesight technology provides.
