The Land Transportation Office has been very proactive in bringing itself closer to the masses. After the recent opening of the LTO-PITX branch, the newest LTO DLRO (Driver’s License Renewal Office) has just opened its doors to serve those in and around Pasig.
LTO DLRO sets up shop in Estancia Mall, Capitol Commons
Yesterday’s opening of the newest DLRO was attended by officials from both the LTO and the Department of Transportation. The ribbon-cutting and inauguration were led by DOTr Undersecretary for Road Transport and Infrastructure Mark Steven Pastor alongside LTO Assistant Secretary Edgar Galvante.
Aside from license renewal, other requirements such as theoretical driving courses and medical exams can also be taken within the immediate vicinity. A branch of the Alert Driving Academy and ThinkWise Medical Services have been conveniently opened alongside the DLRO to make things a lot easier for customers.
The LTO DLRO is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for anyone who needs to get student permits or renew their driver’s licenses. It is located on the 4th Floor, East Wing of Estancia Mall.
For those who might need to get a Permit 18, you can check out our quick guide on how to apply for it here 36.
As for those who need driver’s license renewals 60, we hope that this new DLRO can get it done as quickly as 13 when we had ours renewed.
In any case, the general public thanks you, LTO!
