Isuzu mu-X and D-Max recall

The brand says that the recall is due to a loose second lower steering shaft bolt, the brand goes on further to state that the service campaign affects 2,273 mu-X units and 694 D-Max units. The affected models were produced between October 2020-October 2022.

Affected models may have a steering bolt shaft that might not have been tightened to the prescribed torque value, which may come loose over time due to the country’s road conditions.

Owners of these vehicles should head over to the nearest dealership to find out if their vehicle is affected.
