Surprise! The Honda City Hatchback just got a good number of updates and from today, May 14 until June 13, 2024, the pre-order books have been opened. As part of the refresh, both aesthetic, functional, and safety additions have been added into the mix, so without further ado, let’s get to it.
New Honda City Hatchback gets a new color, Honda SENSING safety suite
Before we all start getting all giddy, the changes are, again, aesthetic – by way of a new color – and the addition of the Honda SENSING safety suite. That said, the Honda City hatchback does get a significant improvement.
First off, Sonic Gray Pearl is now available as a color option. The City hatchback still comes with RS trim, and that means you get a sportier body kit, and this time, a new design set of alloy wheels.
On the inside, you’ll find all the space you need with the ULTR (Utility, Long, Tall, Refresh) seating system. Whatever it is you’re bringing with you, the City hatchback has the right seat configuration for it all. A new 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto also makes for a pretty nice update to interior tech.
Finally, Honda SENSING makes its way into the Honda City Hatchback. With features that include Adaptive Cruise Control, Collision Mitigation Braking System, Lane Keeping Assist System, Road Departure Mitigation with Lane Departure Warning, and Lead Car Departure Notification, you’re given better peace of mind driving in the new City hatchback.
The Honda City Hatchback comes in 5 colors, and aside from the new Sonic Gray Pearl paint, you can also choose from Platinum White Pearl, Ignite Red Metallic, Meteoroid Gray Metallic, and Brilliant Sporty Blue Metallic.
If you’re interested, you can already reserve your unit. And if you do it today until June 13, 2024, the PHP 5,000 reservation fee will be waived by Honda. Cool, yes?
