Nissan has unveiled the all-new 2025 Murano, showcasing a more refined design, innovative technology, and an interior designed to enhance both comfort and practicality. The new Murano is designed to provide a more luxurious driving experience while meeting the demands of everyday commutes and road trips.

The 2025 Murano embraces a bolder, more seamless exterior. The body has been widened by over 2.6 inches, giving the crossover a stronger presence on the road. Up front, the design is minimalist yet modern, with ultra-thin LED headlights and Nissan’s signature V-motion grille. The rear has also seen significant updates, featuring a sleek liftgate with a full-width LED tail light, hidden exhaust tips, and an integrated rear wiper, giving the vehicle a clean and streamlined look.

Inside, Nissan has focused on creating an elevated and comfortable cabin environment. The interior follows a horizontal design theme, with premium materials covering every surface occupants touch. Standard 12.3-inch displays dominate the dashboard, blending into the surrounding materials. The cabin is equipped with several comfort features, such as heated and ventilated front seats with a massaging function and a panoramic moonroof, enhancing the overall sense of space and relaxation.

Nissan has also paid special attention to rear passengers, increasing knee room and providing sunshades and heated rear seats. The rear seats feature Nissan’s Zero Gravity design, which promotes a more supportive posture. For added convenience, the rear doors now open wider than before, making loading items or installing child seats easier.

Cargo capacity has also been improved. With the second-row seats in place, the Murano offers 931 liters of space, which can be expanded to 1798 liters by folding the seats flat. A power liftgate is standard, and higher trims add a motion-activated function for hands-free access.

Technological enhancements are another key aspect of the 2025 Murano. It comes with Nissan’s Safety Shield 360 as standard, along with advanced driver-assistance features like ProPILOT Assist, which helps with highway driving by adjusting the vehicle’s speed ahead of curves. The Murano also introduces new tech, such as the 3D Intelligent Around View Monitor and the Invisible Hood View, which improves the visibility of obstacles in front of the car.

Under the hood, the Murano is powered by a 2.0-liter VC-Turbo engine, delivering 241 horsepower and 260 lb-ft of torque, an improvement over the previous model. The engine is paired with a 9-speed automatic transmission, providing smooth and responsive performance. Front-wheel drive is standard on some trims, while others come with Nissan’s Intelligent All-Wheel Drive system. The Murano’s suspension has also been updated with frequency-sensitive dampers for improved ride quality and handling.
